  9. Stay current on industry developments and changes in healthcare regulations, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
  10. Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  11. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new clinical staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to provide exceptional patient care.
  12. Act as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, adhering to the facility's code of conduct and promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
  13. Collaborate with other departments within the facility to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and efficient operations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall functioning of the clinical department.
  15. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Job Qualifications
  • A Valid State License: The Licensed Clinical Coordinator Must Hold A Valid State License As A Registered Nurse Or A Licensed Practical Nurse, Depending On The State Requirements. This Ensures That The Individual Is Qualified To Provide Clinical Oversight And Coordinate Patient Care.
