1. Create and implement innovative learning programs that align with the company's mission and goals.

3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of adult learning principles to inform training strategies.

8. Manage the budget and resources for learning and development initiatives.
9. Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning programs into onboarding, performance management, and career development processes.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote and support the adoption of learning programs.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.
12. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees.
13. Provide regular reports and updates on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate learning and development practices within the organization.
