
Learning and Design Manager

- Create and implement innovative learning programs that align with the company's mission and goals.
- Utilize instructional design principles to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences for employees.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of adult learning principles to inform training strategies.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with various departments to design and deliver targeted learning solutions.
- Lead a team of instructional designers and trainers to ensure high-quality and consistent training across the organization.
- Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning.
- Manage the budget and resources for learning and development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning programs into onboarding, performance management, and career development processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote and support the adoption of learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training and development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for employees.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate learning and development practices within the organization.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Instructional Design, Learning And Development, Education, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, And/Or Learning And Development Management.
Experience With Learning Management Systems And E-Learning Software.
Excellent Communication, Project Management, And Leadership Skills.
