- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership development needs and create targeted programs to address them.
- Create and deliver engaging and impactful leadership development programs, including workshops, seminars, and online learning modules.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives.
- Utilize data and metrics to continuously improve and enhance leadership development programs.
- Partner with HR and talent acquisition teams to identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Provide coaching and support to current and aspiring leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in leadership development to ensure our programs are innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and leverage resources for leadership development.
- Serve as a role model and mentor for leaders at all levels within the organization.
- Act as a change agent and champion for leadership development within the organization.
- Manage a team of leadership development professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on leadership development initiatives and their impact on the organization.
- Represent the organization at conferences and events related to leadership development.
- Uphold the organization's values and culture in all leadership development efforts.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Leadership Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Demonstrated Ability To Design And Implement Comprehensive Leadership Development Programs.
Strong Understanding Of Leadership Theories And Practices, As Well As Current Trends In Leadership Development.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Senior Leaders And Engage And Motivate Employees At All Levels.
