Leadership and Org Development Director

1. Develop, implement, and evaluate leadership and organizational development initiatives to ensure consistent performance within the organization.
2. Create and deliver training programs to support team development.
3. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Manage projects to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
6. Analyze and report on organizational development initiatives.
7. Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that organizational development initiatives are up to date.
8. Create and maintain metrics and performance management systems.
9. Manage and mentor team members.
10. Provide guidance and support to leadership and teams.
