
ITSM Process Analyst

- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply to HCA Healthcare's IT Service Management processes.
- Analyze current ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and implement new processes or modifications to existing processes in collaboration with relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure the performance of ITSM processes, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ITSM processes and procedures.
- Work with IT teams to gather requirements for process improvements and facilitate discussions to reach consensus and alignment.
- Communicate changes and updates to ITSM processes effectively to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Train and educate IT team members on ITSM processes and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in IT Service Management and make recommendations for incorporating them into HCA Healthcare's processes.
- Collaborate with other business units to identify opportunities for process integration and alignment.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ITSM processes and provide guidance and support to teams across the organization.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of ITSM process documentation, including manuals, procedures, and guidelines.
- Continuously review and update ITSM processes to ensure they meet the changing needs of the organization.
- Uphold HCA Healthcare's commitment to exceptional patient care and use technology to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all aspects of ITSM process management.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Itsm Process Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Itil Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Service Management Tools, Such As Servicenow Or Remedy.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Propose Solutions For Process Improvement.
