Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Operating Systems, Such As Windows And Linux.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
Familiarity With Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Such As Hipaa And Hitech.
