A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is required, along with relevant industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.   1. Develop and implement robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions to protect sensitive data and ensure the security of critical systems in the healthcare industry.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IAM systems that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  3. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes related to IAM security in the healthcare field.
  4. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and implement appropriate controls.
  5. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to proactively identify and mitigate security incidents.
  6. Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM security, providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
  8. Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure the security of shared systems and data.
  9. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery planning and testing activities.
  10. Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices for safeguarding sensitive data.
  11. Investigate security incidents and provide timely and accurate reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
  12. Maintain and update documentation of IAM systems, processes, and procedures.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve IAM systems and processes to enhance security and efficiency.
  14. Represent the organization in external meetings and conferences related to IAM security.
  15. Serve as a role model and mentor for junior members of the IAM security team.
  16. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Information Security, With A Focus On Identity And Access Management (Iam).

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Iam, Such As Nist, Hipaa, And Hitrust.

  • Experience With Iam Tools And Technologies, Such As Active Directory, Ldap, Sso, And Mfa.

  • Certifications In Iam And/Or Information Security, Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac.
