- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall goals and objectives of HCA Healthcare.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify and understand the organization's current and future workforce needs.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
- Cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging work culture by implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Oversee performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to support the growth and development of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage and maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and mentor HR team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Participate in budget planning and management for HR-related expenses.
- Represent HCA Healthcare at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Employees At All Levels.
Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Coach, Mentor, And Develop A Team Of Hr Professionals.
