  1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the human resources department, including employee records, benefits, policies, and procedures.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to employees.
  3. Coordinate and assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
  4. Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, including maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  5. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and educate them on company policies and procedures.
  6. Process and track employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job titles, and salary changes.
  8. Support the performance management process by tracking and organizing employee evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
  9. Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  10. Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.
  13. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
  14. Continuously uphold the company's mission, values, and standards of ethical conduct.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment and promote diversity and equity among employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeoc

  • Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive Information And Maintain Confidentiality

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite
