We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable candidate with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.   1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  2. Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offer letters and onboarding processes.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information in HRIS systems.
  4. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees on various HR-related topics.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.
  7. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Manage employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment processes.
  9. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  10. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  11. Assist with performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
  12. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and support organizational goals.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
  16. Act as a brand ambassador for HCA Healthcare and promote the organization's culture and values.
  17. Provide support to HR leadership as needed.
  18. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills.

  • Proficiency In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
