This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, such as physicians and hospitals, to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including physicians and hospitals, to generate new business and maintain existing accounts.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential referral sources and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills, including cold calling, networking, and relationship building, to drive business growth.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
  5. Educate referral sources about the services and benefits of home health care, including the specific services and expertise offered by HCA Healthcare.
  6. Communicate effectively with referral sources, patients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new patients.
  7. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales progress.
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote HCA Healthcare and expand the network of referral sources.
  10. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all sales activities are in line with company policies and procedures.
  11. Collaborate with other team members, including nurses and therapists, to provide a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent HCA Healthcare in a positive and ethical manner at all times.
  13. Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
  14. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement training programs for new and existing sales representatives.
  15. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Marketing.

  • Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Build Relationships With Clients And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of The Home Health Industry And Medicare Regulations.
