  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests, both in person and over the phone.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  5. Verify patient information and collect necessary paperwork.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  7. Handle and resolve any patient or visitor complaints or concerns.
  8. Keep accurate records of patient appointments and interactions.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations.
  10. Stay updated on company services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to patients and visitors.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
  14. Handle cash and credit card transactions, including collecting copays and payments.
  15. Demonstrate strong time-management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and appointments.
  16. Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for patients and visitors.
  17. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  18. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor.
