This is a highly visible and influential position that requires a strong leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting. A Master's degree and/or CPA certification is preferred. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, as well as the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences.   • Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial performance and support business objectives
  • Lead a team in providing insightful financial analysis and reporting to key stakeholders within the organization

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to financial reporting and analysis
  • Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on financial matters and contribute to strategic decision making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting And Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Financial Reporting Standards.

  • Experience With Data Analytics And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau, Sql, And Erp Systems.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Financial Analysts.
