  1. Develop and implement commercial product strategies for the purchased services portfolio, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability for the purchased services portfolio.
  3. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal pricing and quality of services for HCA Healthcare facilities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in the delivery of purchased services.
  5. Monitor and track performance of commercial products, making necessary adjustments to ensure success and meet financial targets.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and reimbursement changes, to inform product strategy and decision-making.
  7. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to drive alignment and support for commercial product initiatives.
  8. Drive change and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization to support the growth and success of the purchased services portfolio.
