Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategy and plans that support HCA Healthcare's corporate objectives
2. Oversee media relations, including developing and maintaining relationships with key reporters and editors
3. Manage external communications and public relations activities, including the development of press releases, media briefings, and other content
4. Monitor media coverage and trends and provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management
5. Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including government, community, and industry partners
6. Develop crisis communications plans and ensure that appropriate responses are provided in a timely manner
7. Oversee and coordinate the production of internal and external communications materials
8. Develop, implement, and monitor social media and digital marketing campaigns
9. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications activities
10. Lead, supervise, and mentor team members as needed
