The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting, and have a strong understanding of the operational aspects of healthcare. They will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or similar field, and a Master’s Degree is preferred. The Director of Clinical Operations must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. They must also have an understanding of the regulations and standards related to healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain high standards of clinical care for patients
2. Oversee the operational aspects of healthcare and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
3. Lead and manage multidisciplinary staff to ensure clinical operations are running smoothly
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
5. Monitor and evaluate performance of clinical operations and identify areas for improvement
6. Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
8. Develop and manage the budget for clinical operations
9. Train staff on new clinical operations initiatives and processes
10. Represent the organization in meetings and conferences related to clinical operations
