  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the Hope Fund program to achieve its goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the daily operations of the program, including budget management, resource allocation, and program evaluation.
  3. Lead and manage a team of program coordinators and support staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure the smooth functioning of the program and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and vendors, to support the program and expand its reach.
  6. Develop and maintain program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
  7. Review and approve applications for financial assistance, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and availability of funds.
  8. Monitor program performance and outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  9. Plan and organize fundraising events and campaigns to raise awareness and funds for the program.
  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries and address any issues or concerns from program participants or stakeholders.
  11. Prepare and present reports on program operations and impact to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to employee assistance programs and apply them to the program as appropriate.
  13. Uphold the values and mission of the organization and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the program team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations Or Related Field, With A Focus On Program Development And Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, Including Experience Managing A Team And Developing Strategic Plans.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management.
