Director Employer Broker Relations

The Director of Employer Broker Relations will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive HCA Healthcare’s efforts to build relationships with employers and brokers. This role will require an understanding of the industry and a passion for helping employers and brokers access our services.The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. The successful candidate should also have a deep understanding of the employer market and how it interacts with the healthcare industry. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required. Experience in the healthcare industry, employer market, and/or broker relations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with employers and brokers.
2. Cultivate relationships with employers and brokers to increase access to HCA Healthcare services.
3. Identify and assess opportunities to expand employer and broker relations.
4. Analyze industry trends and develop innovative solutions to optimize HCA Healthcare's employer and broker relations.
5. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
6. Organize meetings and events with employers and brokers.
7. Provide timely and accurate reports on employer and broker relations.
8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of contacts in the employer and broker markets.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
10. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
