Director Diagnostic Imaging

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Master’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership position. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, creating and enforcing policies and procedures, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be a collaborative team player, and have a passion for providing top-notch care to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department
• Create and enforce policies and procedures
• Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of services
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and healthcare providers
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and quality of services
• Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics and develop corrective action plans
• Maintain a high level of communication with patients and families
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
