  1. Negotiate and draft contracts for HCA Healthcare, ensuring that all terms and conditions are accurately reflected and align with company policies and procedures.
  2. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request through execution and renewal, including tracking key dates and deadlines.
  3. Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to obtain necessary approvals and ensure contract terms are understood and followed.
  5. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact contract management, and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  6. Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including contract documents, correspondence, and related materials.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal departments regarding contract inquiries and issues.
  8. Conduct periodic contract reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies.
  9. Facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates and reports on contract status and performance.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards, in all contract-related activities.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate contract management processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  14. Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends in contract management and incorporate them into daily work.
  15. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Stark Law.

  • Excellent Negotiation And Communication Skills.

  • Proficiency In Contract Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
