  1. Negotiate contracts: The Contract Analyst will be responsible for negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other healthcare organizations on behalf of HCA Healthcare.
  2. Review contracts: The Contract Analyst will thoroughly review all contracts to ensure they align with HCA Healthcare's standards and policies, as well as comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Analyze contract terms: It will be the responsibility of the Contract Analyst to analyze the terms and conditions of contracts to identify any potential risks or issues and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  4. Facilitate contract execution: The Contract Analyst will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure all necessary parties are involved in the contract execution process and that contracts are executed in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain contract database: The Contract Analyst will be responsible for keeping an organized and up-to-date contract database, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders: The Contract Analyst will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, to address any questions or concerns related to contracts.
  7. Monitor contract performance: The Contract Analyst will monitor the performance of contracts to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations and address any issues that may arise.
  8. Identify cost-saving opportunities: The Contract Analyst will be responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities through contract negotiations and ensuring contracts are in line with budgetary constraints.
  9. Stay updated on industry changes: The Contract Analyst will stay informed about changes in the healthcare industry and relevant laws and regulations that may impact contract management.
  10. Adhere to company policies: The Contract Analyst will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, when negotiating and managing contracts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Contract Analysis And Negotiation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations, Laws, And Compliance.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Contract Discrepancies.

  • Highly Organized And Detail-Oriented, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Contracts And Deadlines Simultaneously.
