  1. Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers on behalf of HCA Healthcare.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis of contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
  3. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, internal departments, and management to resolve any contract-related issues.
  4. Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and address potential contract conflicts.
  5. Stay updated on changes in contract law and healthcare regulations to ensure compliance in all contract negotiations.
  6. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and approve contracts.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract negotiations and agreements.
  8. Conduct cost-benefit analysis of potential contracts and provide recommendations to management.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and procedures.
  10. Participate in contract review meetings and provide input on contract terms and conditions.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all contract-related tasks and deadlines.
  12. Act as a liaison between HCA Healthcare and healthcare providers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  13. Provide support to other departments as needed in contract-related matters.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures in all contract negotiations and management activities.
  15. Continuously strive to improve contract negotiation and management skills to contribute to the growth and success of HCA Healthcare.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Contract Analysis And Negotiation, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Terminology, Legal Language, And Financial Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Contract Management Software.
