  1. Utilize expertise in healthcare informatics and data analysis to support the implementation and optimization of clinical information systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement informatics solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and initiatives.
  3. Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for improving clinical outcomes.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical informatics, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  6. Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and quality of care.
  7. Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use of clinical information systems and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration and interoperability of clinical information systems.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to healthcare informatics.
  10. Participate in the evaluation and selection of new clinical information systems and technologies.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including healthcare professionals, executives, and IT staff.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve informatics processes and workflows to optimize clinical outcomes and enhance patient care.
  13. Act as a liaison between clinical teams and IT, advocating for the needs of both groups.
  14. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  15. Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on informatics projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Informatics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Data Systems, Including Electronic Health Record (Ehr) Systems And Data Analytics Tools.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Workflows And Processes, With The Ability To Analyze And Improve Them.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Complex Information In A Clear And Concise Manner.
