- Communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Act as a subject matter expert on clinical data analysis and provide guidance and support to other team members.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Lead and participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to access and integrate data from various sources.
- Act as a representative for HCA Healthcare and promote the use of data to drive innovation and improve patient care in the healthcare industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Or Data Analytics.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Clinical Data In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Sas.
Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Understanding Of Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
