  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of clinical data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve healthcare outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare providers, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to understand data needs and develop solutions.
  3. Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze large datasets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to improve patient care.
  5. Consult with clinical staff to understand their data needs and provide recommendations on how to best utilize data to improve processes and outcomes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and apply them to enhance our data capabilities.
  7. Use data to identify areas of improvement within the healthcare system and make recommendations for process improvements.
  8. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing data quality checks and resolving any discrepancies.
  9. Communicate complex data and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on clinical data analysis and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Adhere to all data privacy and security regulations and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Lead and participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to access and integrate data from various sources.
  15. Act as a representative for HCA Healthcare and promote the use of data to drive innovation and improve patient care in the healthcare industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Or Data Analytics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Clinical Data In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Proficiency In Sql And Other Data Analysis Tools Such As Tableau Or Sas.

  • Experience With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Understanding Of Healthcare Data Standards And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Present Complex Data In A Clear And Concise Manner To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
