Job Description

At HCA Healthcare, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Consulting Clinical Analyst. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and clinical experience to help us improve our care delivery and patient outcomes.We are seeking someone with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or a related field, and at least three years of clinical experience in an acute care setting. In addition, knowledge of healthcare analytics is preferred.The right candidate will have excellent communication, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. They must be a self-starter who is passionate about healthcare and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and be comfortable working independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in care delivery and patient outcomes.
  2. Develop strategies and solutions to address identified areas of improvement.
  3. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Present results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor progress on projects to ensure success.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure a positive outcome.
  7. Stay up to date on the latest healthcare policies and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  9. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
  10. Utilize healthcare analytics to interpret and analyze data.
