- Ensure Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for staying up-to-date on all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to healthcare and ensuring that HCA Healthcare is in compliance with them.
- Develop and Implement Compliance Policies: This role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote ethical and compliant practices throughout the organization.
