  1. Develop and implement compliance education programs to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the organization.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance education programs are current and effective.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to assess compliance training needs and develop tailored programs.
  4. Design and deliver engaging and interactive compliance training sessions for employees at all levels.
  5. Develop and maintain compliance training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  6. Monitor and track compliance training completion rates and provide regular reports to management.
  7. Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance issues and provide guidance to employees and management.
  9. Communicate complex compliance concepts in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
  10. Collaborate with HR and Legal departments to ensure policies and procedures align with compliance standards.
  11. Participate in compliance-related meetings and committees to provide education and training insights.
  12. Keep abreast of new compliance regulations and update training programs accordingly.
  13. Work with external vendors to acquire necessary compliance training resources.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote compliance education and awareness.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical behavior and promote a positive compliance culture within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Compliance Or Related Field.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Healthcare Regulations, Including Hipaa And Medicare/Medicaid.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Educate Employees At All Levels.

  • Experience In Curriculum Development And Management Of Compliance Training Programs.
