Clinical Resource Director

1. Develop and implement clinical resource management plans and strategies for HCA Healthcare hospitals
2. Assist hospital leaders and staff to ensure resources are used effectively and meet patient needs
3. Manage projects and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders
4. Monitor and evaluate clinical resource utilization, performance, and efficiency
5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners and vendors
6. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies
7. Create and maintain documentation on clinical resource management activities
8. Participate in budget planning and forecasting
9. Support the development of new services and programs related to clinical resource management
10. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies for optimization
