Job Description

We are looking for an outstanding Clinical Resource Director to join the team at HCA Healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take a leading role in the development and delivery of high quality patient care. The Clinical Resource Director will be responsible for organizing and directing the clinical resources of the organization to ensure that patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated healthcare professional with a commitment to excellence. They will have a proven track record in directing clinical operations, including experience in budgeting, personnel management, and quality improvement. The Clinical Resource Director must have a passion for delivering the highest standards of patient care and be able to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.The successful candidate must possess an advanced degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role in healthcare is required, preferably in a hospital setting. Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, personnel management, and quality improvement processes is also essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage clinical resource plans and strategies to ensure high-quality patient care
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  3. Manage the budget and personnel of the Clinical Resource Department
  4. Oversee and optimize clinical operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Clinical Resource Department
  6. Develop and implement quality improvement processes and initiatives
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of best practice patient care
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
  10. Facilitate the development of effective patient care protocols and standards
