1. Develop and implement audit plans to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
2. Lead and manage a team of compliance auditors to conduct thorough and accurate audits of healthcare facilities.
3. Ensure all audits are completed on time and within budget.
4. Review and analyze audit findings to identify areas of non-compliance and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with facility leadership and staff to develop corrective action plans and monitor progress towards resolution.
6. Stay informed and up-to-date on all relevant compliance regulations and make recommendations for updates to policies and procedures.
7. Conduct trainings and provide guidance to staff on compliance regulations and best practices.

9. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance regulations and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
10. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all audits, findings, and corrective actions.
11. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of compliance requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
12. Represent the organization in external compliance audits and inspections.
13. Continuously evaluate and improve the compliance audit process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
