Cath Lab Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our Cath Lab team at HCA Healthcare. As an integral part of the team, the Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain operations within the Cath Lab to ensure the highest level of quality and cost effectiveness.The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Analyze data and identify areas of improvement for the supply chain.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Lead and motivate the supply chain team to ensure efficient operations.
8. Monitor and evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback.
9. Create and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
