Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Nursing.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health, Preferably In A Clinical Or Crisis Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Options.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Triage And Provide Support Over The Phone.
Familiarity With Electronic Health Records And Ability To Document Accurately And Efficiently.
