Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Psychology, Social Work, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Behavioral Health, Preferably In A Clinical Or Crisis Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders And Treatment Options.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Triage And Provide Support Over The Phone.
