- Identify and attract top talent to join HCA Healthcare through various recruiting methods such as sourcing, networking, and attending job fairs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to fill open positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools to advertise open positions and attract qualified candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for HCA Healthcare and promote our mission and values to potential candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and update recruitment databases as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Participate in recruitment events and represent HCA Healthcare in a professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Recruiting Or Talent Acquisition.
Strong Understanding Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Recruitment Tools.
Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
