  1. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their specific healthcare needs.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge to accurately diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality, individualized care for each patient.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
  5. Assess and monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  6. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and cooperation in the assessment and treatment process.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to patient assessments and treatment.
  8. Adhere to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
  9. Provide support and guidance to other team members, such as nurses and therapists, as needed.
  10. Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain necessary authorizations for treatment.
  11. Attend regular team meetings and provide input on patient care strategies.
  12. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and overall quality of care.
  13. Serve as a positive representative of HCA Healthcare and promote our mission and values in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Psychology.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Conducting Assessments And Evaluations In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Trends.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
