  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the Graduate Medical Education program at HCA Healthcare.
  2. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements for GME programs.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the efficient and effective operation of the GME program.
  4. Collaborate with hospital leadership, medical staff, and other stakeholders to develop and maintain a high-quality GME program.
  5. Provide mentorship and support to program directors and residents to ensure their success and professional development.
  6. Manage and allocate resources, including budget and staffing, to support the GME program.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the GME program.
  8. Serve as a liaison between HCA Healthcare and external organizations, such as accrediting bodies and affiliated medical schools.
  9. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.
  10. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including residents, faculty, and hospital leadership, to ensure transparency and alignment of goals.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in GME, and incorporate them into the program as appropriate.
  12. Uphold the mission, values, and standards of HCA Healthcare in all aspects of the GME program.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Graduate Medical Education (Gme) Or A Similar Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Accreditation Requirements For Gme Programs, Such As Acgme.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Residents, And Hospital Leadership.

  • Experience With Budgeting, Financial Management, And Strategic Planning In A Gme Setting.
