  1. Process and review accounts payable invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for accounts payable processes.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure proper coding.
  4. Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or issues.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information for invoice processing.
  6. Complete monthly reconciliations of vendor statements and resolve any outstanding issues.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices for accounts payable.
  8. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them to increase efficiency.
  10. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes as needed.
  11. Train and mentor new team members on accounts payable processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Handle special projects and other duties as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager.
  14. Prepare and process payments for approved invoices in a timely manner.
  15. Monitor and maintain accurate aging reports for accounts payable.
  16. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in accounts payable.
  17. Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  18. Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support as needed.
  19. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate payment terms and resolve any payment issues.
  20. Continuously review and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable Or General Accounting

  • Strong Understanding Of Accounting Principles And Practices

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Accounting Software (E.g. Sap, Oracle)

  • Excellent Attention To Detail And Ability To Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment
