At Hawaiian Telcom, we’re looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has strong technical knowledge of Next Gen services, and is a creative problem solver. We are seeking an experienced Next Gen Services Technician to join our team.The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid understanding of the various Next Gen services available, including VoIP, video, and data solutions, and be able to effectively troubleshoot issues with these services. The ideal individual should also be highly organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
