In this role, you will provide technical support to our customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.The Desktop Support Engineer must have strong technical problem-solving skills and be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a customer-oriented approach.You must have experience in managing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and other related computer hardware and software. You must also have good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
