VP Assistant Controller

Additionally, the VP Assistant Controller should have a strong understanding of US GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the accounting and financial operations of the company.
2. Ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
3. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
4. Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
5. Maintain US GAAP compliance.
6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop and implement effective policies and procedures.
8. Monitor and analyze financial performance and trends.
9. Prepare and present presentations to upper management.
10. Partner with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
