- Analyze and interpret large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform supply chain strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Utilize statistical and predictive modeling techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues and optimize processes.
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure data systems and processes are optimized for supply chain data analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and supply chain management.
- Mentor and train junior data analysts on data analysis techniques and supply chain concepts.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
- Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and analyze supply chain data.
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of confidential information.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize supply chain operations and drive business growth.
Extensive Experience In Data Analysis: A Sr Data Analyst At Hasbro Must Possess A Strong Background In Data Analysis Techniques And Tools, With At Least 5 Years Of Relevant Experience. They Should Be Proficient In Data Extraction, Manipulation, And Visualization To Deliver Actionable Insights.
Supply Chain Knowledge: A Deep Understanding Of Global Supply Chain Processes And Operations Is Essential For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In A Supply Chain Environment And Be Familiar With Industry-Specific Tools And Systems.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Sr Data Analyst Should Have Highly Developed Analytical Skills And The Ability To Effectively Interpret And Communicate Complex Data To Various Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Identify Patterns And Trends In Data To Inform Business Decisions.
Advanced Technical Skills: In Addition To Data Analysis, The Sr Data Analyst Should Also Possess Advanced Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Python, And Other Programming Languages. Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi Is Also Required.
Project Management Experience: Hasbro's Sr Data Analyst Will Be Responsible For Managing And Delivering Data-Driven Projects Within The Global Supply Chain Department.
