Research and Development Engineer

You should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.You should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, and at least three years of experience in a related field. Responsibilities:

1. Design innovative new products and toys based on research and customer feedback
2. Lead or manage a team of engineers, ensuring their tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
3. Utilize strong technical background in engineering to develop products with cost effectiveness, safety, and quality in mind
4. Maintain and update existing products to ensure they remain current and meet customer needs
5. Work in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
6. Develop and execute test plans to ensure products meet safety and quality standards
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure product design meets customer needs and preferences
8. Provide creative solutions to technical problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise
9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments in order to ensure a successful product launch
