Job Description

Hasbro is looking for an experienced and passionate Licensing Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our licensing programs to ensure maximum return on our products. You will build relationships with existing and potential licensees, negotiate agreements, and manage the day-to-day operations of our licensing business. We are looking for candidates who have a deep understanding of the licensing industry and the ability to think strategically and creatively.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with at least 5 years of licensing experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of licensing contracts and negotiation tactics are also essential. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has a can-do attitude, and is eager to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: -Manage and grow Hasbro’s licensing programs to ensure maximum return on products -Build relationships with existing and potential licensees -Negotiate agreements with licensees -Manage the day-to-day operations of the licensing business -Analyze industry trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth -Develop creative solutions to maximize Hasbro’s licensing programs -Monitor the success of existing programs and identify areas for improvement -Develop and implement strategic plans for licensing operations -Create and maintain licensing contracts -Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations -Negotiate with external vendors to secure competitive terms -Manage licenses on behalf of Hasbro -Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
