
Financial Analyst (specific to the toy industry)
Hasbro is seeking a talented and driven Financial Analyst to join its growing Toy Division. The successful candidate will be an organized and detail-oriented individual with a keen interest in the toy industry and the ability to analyze financial data. If you have a passion for helping drive financial success through financial analysis, then this is the role for you. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and have at least two years of experience in a similar role. The Financial Analyst will need to be an effective communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teams across the organization. In addition, the Financial Analyst should have technical proficiency with financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, providing insights on trends and potential areas of concern.
- Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure financial accuracy of all data.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Utilize financial software and the Microsoft Office Suite to complete financial analysis.
- Identify and assess risks associated with financial decisions.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and support as needed.
