Job Description

At Hasbro, we are looking for a highly talented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. We need an individual with a passion for the toy industry and a knack for detail-oriented financial analysis.This Financial Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all financial related operations for Hasbro’s toy industry. They will be expected to generate creative solutions to complex business problems as well as assess financial reports to ensure accuracy. In addition, the Financial Analyst will need to develop, analyze and interpret trends to help build accurate forecasts.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance, as well as at least 3 years of experience in a financial analysis role. Additionally, we are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of data analysis software and financial systems is highly desirable.If you feel that you possess the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all financial related operations for Hasbro’s toy industry.
  2. Generate creative solutions to complex business problems.
  3. Assess financial reports to ensure accuracy.
  4. Develop, analyze and interpret trends to help build accurate forecasts.
  5. Utilize data analysis software and financial systems.
  6. Meet deadlines and maintain excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  7. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
  8. Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
  9. Analyze financial statements and identify potential risks.
  10. Monitor market trends and make recommendations on investments.
