Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Financial Analyst to join the Hasbro team and make an impact in the toy industry. Our ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of financial analysis, accounting, and forecasting, with a drive to improve and streamline financial performance. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance team, developing financial models to forecast and analyze both the short-term and long-term financial performance of Hasbro’s toy business. The ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential to success in this role.To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field• Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience• Proven expertise in financial modeling and forecasting• Highly organized, with an eye for detail• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data and create comprehensive financial models for forecasting and evaluating the financial performance of Hasbro’s toy business.
  2. Develop short-term and long-term financial plans for the company.
  3. Monitor and report on financial metrics to ensure that the organization meets its financial goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and procedures.
  5. Provide sound financial advice to stakeholders and executives.
  6. Identify areas for cost savings and revenue optimization.
  7. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  8. Maintain and update financial records.
  9. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  10. Stay up to date with financial trends and developments.
