  1. Develop and implement global tax strategies and policies that align with the company's business objectives and comply with international tax laws.
  2. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations in all countries where the company operates, including managing tax audits and disputes.
  3. Monitor and analyze changes in international tax laws and regulations, and advise the company on potential impacts and opportunities.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
  5. Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of all international tax returns, including transfer pricing documentation.
  6. Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants to ensure accurate and efficient tax planning and reporting.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  8. Communicate complex tax issues and strategies to senior leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with tax authorities and external partners to ensure compliance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline tax processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Ensure the company's tax practices are in line with ethical and responsible business practices.
  12. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in international tax, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Finance, to address tax-related issues and provide tax support for business initiatives.
  14. Represent the company in tax-related meetings, conferences, and events.
  15. Remain up-to-date on the company's global operations and proactively identify potential tax implications and risks.
