Job Description

At Hasbro, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our brands by planning and executing the marketing strategy, developing relationships with key partners, and managing the budget. You will need to be a creative and strategic thinker who can bring innovative ideas to the table and collaborate effectively with different teams. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the toy industry. You should also have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Industry certifications or advanced degrees are a plus. To excel in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator and motivated by working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. You should also have a strong understanding of consumer trends and be comfortable with data analysis. Above all, you must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be passionate about leveraging marketing to drive growth.
