- Oversee and manage the administrative and operational functions of the university, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Develop and implement university policies and procedures, in collaboration with other senior leaders.

- Manage and lead a team of administrative staff, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with other university departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning and alignment of goals.
- Advise on financial and budgetary matters, including budget planning and resource allocation.
- Oversee the planning and execution of major university events and ceremonies, ensuring high-quality and memorable experiences.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the university and external organizations, representing the university's interests and building relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the university's operations and reputation.
- Participate in university committees and working groups, providing input and expertise on relevant topics.
- Uphold the university's mission, values, and standards of excellence, serving as a role model for students, staff, and faculty.
- Collaborate with the President to set and achieve strategic goals for the university.
- Prepare and present reports and updates to the President and other university leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the President.
Advanced Degree In Higher Education Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A University Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Academic Policies And Procedures, As Well As Accreditation Standards.
Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Experience In Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Decision-Making At A Senior Level.
