
Systems Specialist
The Sr. Systems Analyst is responsible for high level administration and optimization of Harvard Real Estate (HRE) software applications and operational technology. This includes physical security systems, lease management and administration systems, document management systems, a work request system and other operational technology. This role will update, and document policies and procedures as needed, will create and maintain internal training programs and continually train HRE end users on new features and procedures and internally enforce administrative policies. Position will manage high level programming of Harvard Real Estate's portfolio to include assigning access, creating and managing clearances, schedules, events and holidays. This role will regularly troubleshoot hardware and user access issues and work with property management teams to respond to incidents. This role will be responsible to regularly audit usage, access, naming conventions and workflows in the system.
A minimum of 2 years systems administration or relevant experience.
Excellent organizational skills with particular ability to prioritize work and to work independently
Familiarity with Harvard community is valuable but not required.
Real estate experience preferred.
