  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with university standards and regulations.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any quality issues.
  3. Conduct regular audits and evaluations of university operations to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Create and maintain quality control documentation, including standard operating procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  5. Train and educate staff on quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring understanding and adherence to standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Coordinate with external regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  8. Lead cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor their progress.
  9. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to promote quality and minimize potential risks.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of quality assurance efforts and any identified issues.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance, and make recommendations for their implementation at Harvard University.
  12. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments and staff at the university.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Discipline.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Quality Control Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Assurance Principles, Processes, And Standards, Including Iso 9001.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Diverse Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, As Well As Implementing And Managing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
